1 Ticketing Executive

Job Description:

  • Handle ticket bookings, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
  • Coordinate with airlines and travel agencies to secure reservations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Responded to in-person and phone inquiries.
  • Process payments and issue tickets accurately.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of airline policies, fares, and promotions.

Candidate Skills:

  • Good English speaking, writing, reading.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, travel management, or related field.
  • Problem solving skills, handling Clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Fresher/Previous experience in ticketing or travel agency preferred.
  • Proficiency in GDS (Global Distribution Systems) such as Amadeus or Galileo.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Promoting and cross selling other services (Packages, insurance, etc)
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite.
  • Marketing, to grow the flow of business
  • Dealing with disciplinary matters and customer complaints
  • Meeting regularly with team leaders to give them sales figures and plan how they approach their work.
  • Meeting company directors who advise on strategy and finding out about any local issues and future trends.

Job Description:

  • Ensuring timely all visa applications process.
  • Verifying required information provided along with visa applications.
  • Informing applicants of any issues with their visa applications.
  • Responded to in-person and phone inquiries.
  • Process applications for visas.
  • Process visa applications and notify applicants when decisions were made.

Candidate Skills:

  • Well knowledgeable of VISAS.
  • Good English speaking, writing, reading.
  • Ready to work extra time in Season period / Sundays too.
  • Problem solving skills, handling Clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Attending inquiries for any countries' visa assistance (source - email, call or walkin)
  • Solving visa related queries
  • Preparing the basic set to be forwarded for further processing
  • Coordinating with the operations and keeping the client updated on the visa status
  • Promoting and cross selling other services (Packages, tickets, insurance, etc)
  • Research on the latest updates of visas
  • Marketing, to grow the flow of business
  • Dealing with disciplinary matters and customer complaints
  • Meeting regularly with team leaders to give them sales figures and plan how they approach their work.
